Rahoul Roy has been appointed as Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice-President of Snipp Interactive, an international provider of marketing promotions, rebates, rewards and loyalty solutions, according to this report.
In the same report, Atul Sabharwal, Founder and CEO of Snipp is quoted as saying,
“As Snipp’s external legal counsel for the last several years and erstwhile member of the founding team, Rahoul’s deep knowledge of Snipp and his years of experience supporting our growth and operations make him an ideal choice for this role.”
Roy, an NLSIU, Bangalore graduate, has over 15 years of experience practicing both in India and the United States. After graduating from NLSIU in 1999, he worked with Arthur Andersen & Associates and Wakhariya & Wakhariya, before joining Poovayya & Co. as a Partner.
He then went on to pursue his LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington DC. Subsequently, he worked for Brown Raysman Millstein Felder & Steiner, after which he was appointed Special Counsel and Head of Brown Rudnick’s India Practice. He started his independent practice in March 2010.
