Former AZB Partner Shyamali Singh joins DSK Legal as Head of Knowledge Management. Shyamali brings with her 13 years of experience as a lawyer, in the M&A and private equity space. Shyamali joined AZB & Partners (Mumbai) in April 2016. Prior to that, she was working at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. She has previously also worked at Trilegal. She is a graduate of Government Law College, Mumbai. Having recently had a child, Shyamali was excited about this new role that will help leverage her experience as an M&A lawyer, as well as give her the flexibility she needs at this stage of her life.
