Poornima Sampath, Senior Attorney at Intel Capital, has joined Shuva Mandal’s legal team at the Tata Group. She will join Supriya Bhardwaj, who moved to Tata from Piramal Bain in February this year. It is understood that Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Principal Associate Sayak Maity is also joining Shuva’s team. Poornima is a 2002 graduate of National Law School of India University, Bangalore.
