Nikhat completed her B.Com from MMK College of Commerce and Economics in Mumbai, after which she obtained an LL.B degree from GJ Advani Law College. She has over fifteen years of professional experience in the United Arab Emirates. She also practiced as a litigation lawyer in the Bombay High Court for over four years before moving to the Gulf.
