IL&FS General Counsel and Legal Head Damini Marwah has joined Axis Bank as General Counsel, according to sources. She would be replacing T S Asokraj, who is due to retire soon. Damini was not available for comment at the time of publishing the story. Damini graduated in law from Mumbai University, and completed her Masters in Law from Georgetown University Law Center, USA.
